And the Book Sense #1 Pick Is....
Book Sense, a national association of independent booksellers, each month surveys its member stores to learn which new releases they will be recommending to customers. They count the votes and determine the #1 Recommended Pick for that month. I'm beyond thrilled to share with you that Book Sense just released its top picks for November 2005, and coming in at #1, in a combined category covering fiction and non-fiction, is.... Marley & Me. Yea!
Book Sense has not yet posted the November Picks on its website (JULIE & JULIA: 365 Days, 524 Recipes, 1 Tiny Apartment KitchenBy Julie Powell was its #1 Pick for October), but the release states:
